Job Title: HR Recruitment Advisor GBP30,000
HR Recruitment Team Leader GBP35,000

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham

As a HR Advisor with a leading HVAC, Cooling and thermal supplier to the global bus and coach market you will be supported by the group HR manager, youll be focused on leading the Companys recruitment process from scoping the requirement, to advertising, screening and facilitating assessments and supporting management.
This challenging role requires someone with extensive experience of HR gained in the automotive or related industry.
HR Advisor responsibilities include:

· Resource and qualify candidates in accordance with agreed timescales
· Use all web resourcing methods and ensure all roles are advertised on the appropriate websites and manage responses within the agreed timescales
· Conduct initial screening of candidates and short-list CVs for relevant vacancies
· Responsible for the submission of candidate short-lists to the Hiring Manager
· Communicating effectively and confidently, over the phone, face to face and in writing, offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process internally and externally
· Handle resourcing queries in a proactive, customer focused way
· Create and post recruitment adverts, ensuring they are legal, non-discriminate and in line with recruitment policies
· Organise interviews /assessment centres, ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to be assessed
· Ensuring all roles are filled within agreed timelines and cost targets
· Understand company market positioning and branding to develop a compelling sales pitch to generate candidate interest
· Support with offer management and tracking, and on-boarding where required
· Agreeing / negotiating T&Cs with recruitment agencies
· Where required, travel to other Company locations to support recruitment activities

The ideal candidate for the role of HR Advisor:
· Weekly payroll cover as / when required
· Manage Payslips online project
· Manage Gender pay gap reporting project
· Management of directors holiday charts
· Pay and reward management – review and update current grading
· Report direct labour costs and advise on changes
· Prepare wages / salaries packs
· Pay increase report
· Redundancy calculations

Responsibilities Other
· Issue ICT sheets
· General admin
· Reception cover as / when required
· Manual handling trainer
· Cutting keys, dealing with embroidery
· Various ad hoc reports for directors
