This role is primarily responsible for managing the new partnership relationship overseeing the engineering development efforts and leading the industrialization of the new LIDAR product at out clients facility .
Manage the partner relationship and being the primary interface with the new partner. Manage New Product P&L plan and link into Global Electronic OPSP
Ensure contractual aspects are in place
Plans, monitors and manages the industrialization of New Products in manufacturing facility (Brest). Ensure Best Practice Program Management are applied to any OEM project
Review and manage the BOM (Bill Of Material) of New Product
Oversees the engineering development status for the new product

Major Responsibilities:
Ensure relationship and interface to New Partner leaders (CEO, etc…)
Serve as a primary interface with the Senior Leadership within the new Partner and manage the partner relationship
Manage flawless communication in-between new partner and company entities; Coordinates communications with new partner and ensures all deliverables are met according to the partnership agreement
Conduct all the RFQ/quote requests from new Partner (Ibeo)
Negotiate and implement supply contract agreement with new Partner
Represent New Partner to the company and Support Account teams with Material and first level customer meetings
Be involved in product design for manufacturing
Ensure industrialization plan, CapEx and capacity planning, etc are in place
Monitor Product development status, develop and review BOM targets and progress against targets.
Develop and review operations cost targets and progress.

Fluent in English – second language desirable (French, German)

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree level education or equivalent.
MBA desirable.
10 years overall experience.
Experience in a Program Management and Manufacturing role desirable
Experience of operating in the automotive industry and electronic product
Work experience outside native country.
Position can be located in U.S., France, or Germany
