After spending 30 years working in Financial Services Michael joined the board of Tiro Associates in 2002 and is now the Company Chairman and Finance Director. In addition to this he heads up the Resourcing & Facilities Team.
Nichola started her recruitment career more than 20 years ago as a head hunter for a city based executive search firm. Since joining Tiro in 2000, Nichola has been instrumental in establishing a blue chip client base, securing preferred supplier arrangements with global players in the automotive, aerospace and electronics sectors.
Ian began his recruitment career as a contract consultant in 1994 and has recruited contractors at all levels for the past 23 years. Initially recruiting within the IT and Telecom sectors, he has broadened his portfolio to include a range of automotive manufacturers, consultancies and research clients.
Vicki has a solid background in management training and consultancy. She joined Tiro in 2013 and is responsible for the care of our contractors and ensuring Tiro is compliant with all the latest recruitment legislation.
Phil has more than 15 years experience within engineering and technical based recruitment, placing professional mechanical, electrical and electronic engineers in a wide range of sectors including aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical. Phil works in partnership with clients and candidates to develop long term resourcing solutions based on quality.
Thomas has been working within the recruitment industry for more than 15 years, he supports his clients with both permanent and contract assignments throughout the UK and Europe. Specialising in the Automotive, Aerospace and Defence sectors Thomas has been successful in supporting large original equipment manufacturers, tier one and two automotive suppliers as well as MoD contracts representing high level candidates for engineering and commercial roles
Tom is responsible for 360 recruitment in the global Automotive and Aerospace sectors, currently specialising in Software and Safety engineering. Sourcing opportunities for high calibre candidates with cutting edge innovating companies. His commitment is to provide support for clients and candidates in a consultative manner ensuring the highest standards are met.
Millie is managing Tiro’s social media whilst studying for her BSc honours degree in Marketing. She manages the Tiro brand across all media platforms, ensuring potential candidates are kept up to date with new career opportunities and the latest developments in the automotive, aerospace and electronics industries.
Zoë has honed a career in recruitment for the last five years. Primarily placing candidates throughout the Manufacturing and Production sector, she has built an enviable client base – which in turn allows her to attract the highest calibre candidates.
